Creating A Cash Flow Of Currency

Creating a cash flow: How do you open the doors to your business, get into an immediate cash flow and build a thriving business that has long term potential?

What are the steps that you must implement that will allow for survival with tough competition and a taxing economy? In other words, what is your game plan for creating a cash flow of currency in your business?

Approximately 66% of entrepreneurs survive the first two years after starting up their business.

These numbers are not surprising, when you take into consideration that most entrepreneurs are not properly prepared to manage a business profitably by creating a cash flow. They have no sales or marketing skills, and believe they can build a business out of sticks and stones instead of mortar and brick.

Building a profitable business means you need to sell products, services or opportunities. And to sell those items you must market them exceptionally well.

Making money in online marketing can truly challenge a new or intermediate online marketer. I believe it’s because there is such much information to choose from, that it’s sometimes difficult to find the ‘starting’ place. Many online marketers that I speak to, tell me that information overload, not being able to put the ‘pieces’ together, and not being profitable are their biggest obstacles to creating a cash flow.

I’ve been there too, so I can really relate to your pain.

There Are Two Sides To The Equation

Look at the equation closely: Campaign + Value = Conversion.

The front part of the equation is where so many online marketers are missing the point. They are so busy building a website, contributing to their blog weekly, interacting on social media networks, that they are not placing the proper emphasis on both elements in the first half of the equation, campaign and value.

Value is the key to attracting your prospects to your sales funnel. (If you are not familiar with a sales funnel, considering reading our book,
The Lead Conversion Kit which explains it in detail). You are probably doing a very good job with producing the value portion of the equation. But at what point are you making money and asking someone to buy?

Sales can be very uncomfortable if you are not positioning yourself properly.

Consider this thought: Sales is providing a solution to your prospect based on their need, challenge, desire or problem. Now, that doesn’t sound too bad, does it? You actually get to help someone while creating a cash flow for yourself in the process.

If you are presenting Value, but not occasionally presenting the solution through a campaign of messages, then that’s most likely your failure for not creating a cash flow in your business.

Unfortunately, many people choose the Internet to be their solution to avoid asking for the sale. They believe if they build a site or blog, people will find it and immediate plop down their cash and buy whatever is being presented. As you know, it’s not really that easy.

But it doesn’t have to be that hard either.

The ‘Campaign’ portion of the equation is a simple process of setting up your calendar and positioning yourself as an expert in your field. Then all you do is work towards setting up each campaign on your calendar.

As you have been following along with our four quadrants within the Empowered Business Matrix©, you are well aware that there are a series of steps you must take to develop your business to its maximize the potential for creating a cash flow.

The four critical elements of Currency include:
  • Monetize
  • Value
  • Campaign
  • Conversion

Each element is a series of steps and skills that you will learn to do that will allow you to reach any income level you so desire.

The journey for entrepreneurial success is a steady and consistent flow of action in learning and implementing. It requires a love-affair of your business. Your passions must be ignited in whatever business you choose, because the road sometimes gets a little rocky.

If you have not investigated your passion and purpose first, it will be difficult for you to maintain a level of consistent action, overcoming struggles, and remaining highly motivated. Your passion and purpose will lead you to your targeted audience or niche.

As you move through the four quadrants of The Empowered Business Matrix and then each subsequent four elements, you’ll have a greater sense of securing organization skills, time management and goal setting.

The whole premise for being in business is to make a living (for most of us anyway!). Your goals for financial success may be very different than someone else.

Your Personal Financial Goals

For you, making $100,000 a year would be reaching your monetary goal. It would be a perfect contribution to your family income or it could be the sole livelihood for you and your family. Others may be striving for a much higher six or seven figure income.

Here’s the truth. Creating a cash flow and a six or seven figure annual income is extremely doable as a small business entrepreneur.

Not only that, it’s much more likely that you will get out of debt, free your life of anxiety, and begin a quality of life you and your family deserve, when you invest in yourself and your own business.

  • 52.6% of all retail sales
  • 46.8% of all wholesale sales
  • 24.8% of all manufacturing sales
