Comprehend

Quadrant I of the Empowered Business Matrix© is Comprehending Your Customer. What does that mean? This is the planning and research stage of developing and growing your business. Even if you are already in business, it’s okay (and often necessary) to re-evaluate the structural integrity of your foundation.

Especially if you are in a business that is not producing cash flow, barely paying the mortgage, or not allowing you to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Before we go in depth into explaining how our quadrant “Comprehending” works, we’d like to take a moment to congratulate you on your continued search for knowledge and skills.

There are people who believe that successful people are just plain lucky. But those of us who have reached successful and dizzying heights know the real story.

Success is hard earned. It’s being diligent and working harder than your competition.

That’s the plain truth. It’s taking lazy out of your vocabulary and working smart. But it doesn’t have to be complex. That’s where our proven business system comes in.

There are several key elements to getting financial freedom (and it’s truly achievable for anyone – you must believe that). The most important place to start in your business is to secure knowledge and you must make that a life-long habit. You can’t get a degree in college and expect that to hold you over a lifetime.

You have the ability to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills. No one can be skilled in everything. All you want to do is get really skilled in about 5 to 7 areas. Those skills, along with excellent work habits and repeat actions will be the driving force to financial wealth and security. And you can’t quit or start over somewhere else.

That’s not a secret – it is a fact.

Here’s the most difficult business lesson to accept, but it is as predictable and necessary as eating and sleeping.

Everyone who has ever reached ANY level of success, has experienced failure. Sometimes devastating failure, multiple times!

What does that mean to you? Think about this:

  • Are you passionate about your dream? Do you love what you are doing so much that sometimes you can’t sleep because your head is buzzing with ideas?

  • Do you continuously focus on getting more training to allow you to outsmart the competition? Are you a sponge for this information?

  • Are you spending your business profits to further educate yourself instead of throwing money into a fire pit of self-gratifying objects that will be tossed as soon as you lose interest in them?

  • Are you working on getting skilled in several areas of your business?

  • Do you work towards being a person of good character with integrity and honor?

  • Are you in a consistent action mode, consistently failing and consistently trying again?

  • Is your mental attitude toward your work one that communicates positive energy?

We sincerely hope you said YES to several or all of the questions above. Because then we know that you already “get it” and are destined to achieve greatness. Congratulations again!

There will be many failures in your business, over and over again. As one of our mentors Brian Tracy tells us,

“Your ultimate success is a matter of probabilities which can be calculated and influenced.”

Brian Tracy states there are a certain number of failures you must experience before you can succeed. In fact, his mantra is "fail as much as you can and don’t let the fear of rejection hold you back." This is coming from a business expert who has studied sales and marketing for over 30 years. He KNOWS what it takes to succeed!

So as you move forward on this website to gain knowledge and understanding, remember this it only takes “one person, one item, one action, one piece of information, one contact” in the course of many, to take you from barely surviving to not being able to turn off the cash flow of success.
